Extended Care

Extended Care (Please make sure your children know when they are to report to aftercare).
You may not drop off your children no earlier than 8:00AM unless reporting to Before Care.

Parents who need Extended Care on a regular basis can sign up for the year and will be charged at a rate of $4.00 per hour or fraction of from 7:00-8:00AM or 3:00-6:00PM.  example (  if you pick up your child at 3:10 pm you will be charged for the full hour, 4:01 it will be 2 hours etc.)

This service can be every day or a few days each week. You can also use this service on an as needed basis at the rate of $6.00 per hour or fraction of from 7:00-8:00AM or 3:00-6:00PM.  Parents must notify the school on days that Extended Care is needed.  To take advantage of the $4.00 discounted rate you must sign up at the beginning of the school year.

After Care will now be on a prepaid voucher system.  This means you will prepay for the service in advance. 

Failure to pick up a child by 6:00PM will result in an additional $5.00 charge for each 15 minutes thereafter.  Extended Care charges are billed weekly.  There is a $10.00 assessment if the bill is not paid within 10 days of the invoice date. Any student that is not picked up by 3:00PM will be placed in Extended Care, and parents will be charged the “drop-in” rate of $6.00 per hour or fraction of for this service.
